Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Clubs Terms & Conditions
Overview
By enrolling in any Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the credit card provided. Charges occur automatically each month until cancelled. The email address you provide will be used for membership information and receipts. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase club memberships. Memberships cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. You waive any right to withhold or delay payment of related credit card charges, whether under your issuer agreement or otherwise. One (1) wash per day is included with all Clubs, plus free vacuums, subject to temporary closures for inclement weather or equipment servicing. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or change the Club program at any time.
Billing and Cancellation
Memberships renew automatically every month. Cancel anytime. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, submit your cancellation at least 7 days before your billing date You can manage your Express Car Wash Monthly Club online by signing in here.
No refunds or credits are issued for partial periods or for time lost due to weather or maintenance closures.
Vehicle Registration and LPR
Club benefits apply only to the single vehicle registered to the membership. The registered vehicle must have a permanent rear license plate for License Plate Recognition (LPR) use. Resale or transfer of membership to another person or vehicle is prohibited. Members must notify Express Car Wash of any change to the vehicle’s license plate or ownership.
Locations
Club washes are available at all six Chicagoland Express Car Wash locations. Availability may vary during temporary closures.
Eligibility and Club Types
There are two categories of Clubs. Please review carefully to ensure you enroll in the correct one.
- Normal Clubs (Personal, Non‑Commercial Use)
- Applies to: Lava Shield & Wax Club, Deluxe Club, Basic Club
- Eligibility: Personal, non‑commercial vehicles only. Commercial vehicles—including rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, etc.), taxis, limousines, and fleet vehicles—are not eligible.
- Important: If a member in a Normal Club engages their vehicle in for‑hire or commercial services, Express Car Wash may terminate, cancel, or convert the membership to the Rideshare/Taxi Club at management’s discretion.
- Rideshare/Taxi Club (Commercial Use)
- Applies to: Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, taxis, limousines (no stretch limos), fleet vehicles, and other professional/commercial drivers excluded from the Normal Clubs.
- Wash level included: Basic Wash equivalent (Light Wash plus High Pressure Rinse, Clear Coat Protectant, and Heated Dry).
- Monthly pricing: $29.99 per month, charged automatically.
- Members must keep vehicle and license plate information current; notify us of any changes.

Policy Enforcement
Express Car Wash may verify vehicle use and eligibility. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in suspension, conversion to the appropriate Club, or cancellation of membership at management’s discretion.
